These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy set out all the terms and conditions acting for London Skybar, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides you and your guests (“you” or “your”) access to the viewing venues, public facilities and terrace of London Skybar, Millbank Tower, 21 – 24 Millbank, London SW1P 4QP (including the entrance lobby, terrace, elevators and levels 28 and 29).
New Year’s Eve 2019

Ticket sales are closed and final on Monday 30th December 5pm. All guest names and dietary and special requirements must be given at least 48 hours to our London SkyBar team. Doors open at 6pm, Tuesday 31st December 2019. Last entry is at 1am Tuesday 31st December 2019. Event ends on Wednesday 1st January 2020.

Tickets are not valid for re-entry. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. London Skybar reserves the right to close or cancel the experience. Appropriate notes and communication will be made with all tickets holders.

Photography on the night will be used across London Skybar marketing team. This event is strictly for guests aged over 18 years old. All guests will be asked for proof of photo ID in way of Valid Driving licence or Valid Passport. No other form of identification will suffice.

All guests are subject to bag and property searches by security team. Any guests who display drunkenness, abusive conduct to staff or other guests will be removed from the premises. London Skybar reserves the right of refusing admission and / or removing any person from the Venue at its sole discretion. Any person found possessing, using, or distributing any type of drug will be reported to the police.

Guests attending the Decadence Defined event with unlimited complementary access to open bars should not this does not include premium champagne, or premium spirits.



Except for the entrance lobby, Visitors are only permitted to enter London Skybar if they are in possession of a valid package. Visitors may be required to provide a proof of identification and, where applicable, the credit card used for the booking of such packages.

Admission to London Skybar will only be valid on the date and time stated on your package.

Visitors arriving before their allocated time will have to wait until the time stated on their package before being permitted entry to London Skybar. If you arrive later than 30 minutes we offer a re-booking charge.

Any latecomers may have to wait until capacity is available for them to enter. London Skybar cannot guarantee entry to any person arriving after the time stated on the package. London Skybar reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to or remove from London Skybar or the vicinity any person for any reason whatsoever including any person who:

has been convicted of a criminal offence which, in the opinion of London Skybar is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other Visitors;

has behaved in a manner or has threatened to behave in a manner which, in the opinion of London Skybar has, or is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other Visitors or staff at London Skybar;

has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace;

is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or

has breached these terms and conditions.

London Skybar reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to close London Skybar or any part of it. In the event of full closure, packages will be changed for an alternative date or time, but if that is not convenient, a refund of the package price (not including any admin fees) will be provided and Visitors agree that London Skybar shall have no further liability to any affected Visitor.

London Skybar shall not be liable for any costs, losses, damages or any expenses whatsoever, including but not limited to any liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of closure of part or all of London Skybar.

Search of person and personal belongings

London Skybar reserves the right to request Visitors to submit to a search of their person and/or belongings at any time for security purposes. Anyone refusing to submit to or found to be in possession of materials which London Skybar believes to be dangerous or unsuitable may be refused entry and/or removed from London Skybar and its vicinity.


Save as otherwise permitted by London Skybar, all persons visiting London Skybar must pay for admission prior to entering either in advance over the internet, via an approved third party provider or via the phone. Packages may be in the form of official print at home tickets or e-tickets sent by e-mail. Any person attempting to gain admission to London Skybar without a valid ticket may be ejected from London Skybar and its vicinity.

Please be aware that some (but not all): (a) types of packages are available for purchase online through Atmosphere Venues website ( For the avoidance of doubt, such packages and products are available in limited quantities and each purchase will be subject to availability. Packages purchased in advance through the website may be discounted to promote advanced booking. London Skybar reserves the rights to withdraw or change such discounts at any time.

Online and Telephone Packages Sales

Packages to our event are non-refundable

By placing an order for packages through our website or via the telephone you are making a request to purchase packages for London Skybar. Acceptance of your request shall take place once London Skybar has processed your payment and has sent you an e-mail confirming the booking, or has confirmed payment on the telephone.

London Skybar shall not be responsible in the event you make an error when purchasing your package(s) (including selecting the wrong date and time or the wrong number of packages). Please check that your selection is correct as any changes to packages purchased might be subject to a admin fee.

Packages purchased through the website or via the telephone may incur an admin fee which is payable in addition to the package price. Such fee shall be notified to you at the point of purchase. By sending or making a request to book packages you agree to pay this card handling and/or admin fee in addition to the package price.

Financial information that is collected is used to authorise payment for your packages. When you make a purchase on the booking website or via the telephone, your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies, banks and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

You should be aware that London Skybar may release your personal information or financial information when we believe it is necessary to comply with laws or regulations, to assist law enforcement, to enforce the terms under which you transacted with us, or to protect the rights, property or safety of London Skybar, users of the booking website or others.

London Skybar shall endeavour to keep all financial information safe in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Sales will no longer be available to purchase within 24 hours prior to the date of the event.

Delivery of packages

Packages will be delivered by e-mail.

Once received by the Visitor, the Visitor is solely responsible for the safeguarding of the package(s).

If packages have not been received within seven days before the date and time to which the package(s) relate, it is the sole responsibility of the Visitor to contact London Skybar at

Food and drink

Only food and beverages purchased in London Skybar may be consumed in London Skybar except during specific approved events.

Such restrictions are waived where such food or drink is required for medical reasons or for infants.


London Skybar may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring in London Skybar which may feature Visitors. You agree that London Skybar or any authorised third party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in these materials rests with London Skybar or such authorised third party (as the case may be).

Visitors are welcome to bring hand-held cameras and video equipment to create images and footage for their own personal, non-commercial use. We regret that tripods are not permitted onsite. Any media or commercial photography and filming must be approved in advance by London Skybar.

Flash photography may be used during your visit.

Health and safety

All attendees require ID at the point of entry.

Visitors must remain within permitted areas and must adhere to London Skybar’ health and safety procedures and guidelines and must follow any instructions given by London Skybar or staff members at London Skybar. A Visitor is, however, responsible for his or her own safety and for the safety of any accompanying children.

London Skybar is located at a height which may cause vertigo, discomfort or nausea for some Visitors. London Skybar accepts no responsibility for any harm or distress caused as a result of such conditions.

Entry to London Skybar is by a lift. The change in pressure caused by the movement of the lift can cause ear complications for some guests (ear barotrauma). Guests suffering with a congested nose from allergies, colds, or an upper respiratory infection are more likely to develop barotrauma. This is an issue that is present with the use of many lifts and London Skybar are not liable for any discomfort experienced through the normal use of the lifts.

CCTV and other audio and visual recordings may be undertaken for security reasons, by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that London Skybar may use such images for the purposes of maintaining and investigating safety and security at London Skybar and its vicinity. Such recordings shall be used, stored, transferred and destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Policy at all times.

Personal belongings

London Skybar has the exclusive right to determine what items may be brought into London Skybar. London Skybar will not store any confiscated item, and Visitors will have no right to request the return of any confiscated item.

Visitors must keep personal belongings with them at all times. London Skybar accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any personal items.

It is prohibited to take into London Skybar any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, flammable liquids or other dangerous articles which may cause injury.


Visitors must not engage in any conduct towards, or speak to, any member of London Skybar staff, agents or other Visitors in a manner which may offend, insult, intimidate or threaten any person on any basis whatsoever, including but not limited to race, religion, colour, ethnicity, gender or physical attributes.

London Skybar reserves the right to refuse entry to London Skybar for persons who have breached these terms and conditions on a previous occasion.

Low visibility

There will be times where the visibility at London Skybar will be low or non-existent in particular weather conditions. London Skybar shall not be liable to provide a refund, or for any loss or damage, direct or indirect (including for claims relating to the loss of enjoyment or for travel expenses) as a result of such low visibility conditions.

Limitation of liability

Other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of London Skybar or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, London Skybar shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation, for any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any visit for: any closure to London Skybar; or evacuation from London Skybar in the event of an incident or accident.

London Skybar and its directors and officers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of a Visitor’s personal property. A Visitor will release London Skybar from any liability for any loss or damage to personal property they may suffer in relation to his or her attendance at London Skybar.

Force majeure

London Skybar shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.


Smoking is strictly prohibited in London Skybar.

If London Skybar reasonably believes that a package has been resold without such consent, the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from London Skybar without payment of compensation.

Any personal data which is collected or stored by us shall be subject to our Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time.

Please be aware that discounts may be given against some packages types but these discounts can be withdrawn without notice.

Where a discount is given for students, identification will be required at the point of entry or when collecting packages to prove that the person using the package is a full time student.
